ERC-8376: Token Launch Abuse Detection and Remediation
A proposal on the Ethereum Magicians forum introduces ERC-8376, a standard for detecting token launch deployer abuse via bonded detectors that score a fixed twelve-signal vector into a 0-100 abuseScore, with launch venues escrowing proceeds on a linear schedule capped at 90 days and deployer bonds enabling pro-rata refunds and a 72-hour claim contest window. The design scores only deployer conduct and forbids outcome-based signals like price decline, and it defines two conformance levels, with refunds available only under full conformance that includes escrow and remediation. Author Leigh (@cybercentry) ships a Foundry reference implementation with 178 tests and four fuzzed invariants, and seeks feedback on the signal set, bond sizing floor (currently 25% of the raise), adjudication model, and whether the detection-only tier aids adoption.
