Goldman Sachs buys LCN in deal worth up to $410M
Goldman Sachs has agreed to acquire LCN Capital Partners in a deal worth up to $410 million. The transaction adds approximately $3 billion in commercial real estate assets to Goldman Sachs' investment management business. Goldman Sachs announced the deal in an Aug. 18 announcement.
