Giovanni Costantino resigned as chief executive and chairman of The Italian Sea Group, builder of Mike Lynch's Bayesian, along with his son and chief commercial officer Gianmaria, dissolving the entire board. The departures follow unauthorised cost overruns and financial irregularities uncovered in March and court protection from creditors.
