Gate Europe CEO Giovanni Cunti said some MiCA-licensed crypto firms may leave the EU due to high compliance and staffing costs. He noted that 294 operators are now MiCA-authorised, with 14 added on July 18. Cunti warned that stricter regulation may push projects to less restrictive regions.
