ERC-8339: Two-Phase Asset Transfers

A draft ERC-8339 'Two-Phase Asset Transfers' has been proposed on the Ethereum Magicians forum, defining an escrow interface (ITwoPhaseEscrow) where the sender initiates a transfer, the asset is locked and bound to a named receiver, and settlement occurs only when the receiver accepts; the sender can revoke while pending or reclaim after expiry. The escrow works with native ETH and existing ERC-20, ERC-721, and ERC-1155 tokens without any changes to token contracts, and includes a mandatory second factor in which the receiver proves possession of an off-chain shared secp256k1 private key via a signature, avoiding mempool exposure of hash-preimage secrets. The author seeks feedback on recommended expiry bounds (10 minutes to 7 days) and potential holes in the signature-based accept proof, noting prior art in ERC-1996, ERC-2020, and ERC-5528, with a Foundry reference implementation included in the PR.
