[Direct to AIP] Onboard PT-srUSDe-22OCT2026 to Aave V4 Plus Hub

Aave Labs has published a Direct-to-AIP proposal to onboard PT-srUSDe-22OCT2026 to the Aave V4 Plus Hub, extending existing PT-srUSDe collateral support already established on the Aave V3 Core Instance. The token matures on 2026-10-22 00:00 UTC, with risk parameters to be provided by Risk Service Providers. Next steps include DAO Service Providers posting asset risk and technical assessments followed by an AIP vote, and Aave Labs states it has no financial relationship with Pendle Finance or Strata Finance.
