Ripple is regulated in Europe before it is classified in America: inside the Luxembourg license

On July 6, Luxembourg's financial regulator, the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier, upgraded Ripple's preliminary Crypto-Asset Service Provider authorization into a full license under the European Union's Markets in Crypto-Assets framework. The approval allows Ripple to passport regulated crypto services across the EU. Per the source, this means Ripple is now regulated in Europe before its classification is resolved in America.
