Risk Stewards: Supply and Borrow Cap Reductions on Aave V3 / 2026.08.10

LlamaRisk recommends supply and borrow cap reductions across multiple Aave V3 instances based on user behavior, on-chain liquidity, and position health, including cutting the sUSDe supply cap on Plasma from 450,000,000 to 225,000,000, the USDe supply cap from 475,000,000 to 375,000,000, and the WETH supply cap on Arbitrum from 240,000 to 150,000. Each proposed cap retains headroom above current outstanding balances, with post-change utilization projected between roughly 41.6% and 82.9%. The updates will be implemented via the Risk Steward process.
