[Direct-to-AIP] Asset Listing - USDC X Layer

TokenLogic submitted an ARFC proposing to onboard native USDC as a supported asset on Aave V3 X Layer, following Circle's launch of native USDC and CCTP on X Layer on August 6, 2026. The proposal would add USDC alongside USDT0, USDG, and GHO as a borrowable stablecoin, with initial parameters mirroring USDT0 (50M supply cap, 48M borrow cap, 70% LTV, 75% liquidation threshold) and inclusion in the four existing eMode categories for xBTC, xETH, xSOL, and wOKB. Pricing would use the existing Chainlink USDC/USD feed on X Layer Mainnet, with final parameters subject to review by Aave's Risk Service Providers before escalating to an AIP vote.
