LlamaRisk recommends supply cap changes on Aave V3 based on its latest review of user behavior, on-chain liquidity, and position health. It proposes doubling the USDe supply cap on Aave V3 Monad from 40,000,000 to 80,000,000 after the reserve hit 100% utilization, and raising the BTC.b cap on Aave V3 Core from 80 to 160 at 82% utilization, while cutting the sUSDe cap on Aave V3 Monad from 40,000,000 to 10,000,000 given only 0.4% utilization. The updates will be implemented via the Risk Steward process, with borrow caps left unchanged.
