[ARFC] Onboard HINC (Neuberger Securitize High Income Tokenized Fund) to Aave Horizon

Securitize proposed onboarding HINC, the tokenized share class of the Neuberger Securitize High Income Tokenized Fund Ltd., as supply-only collateral on Aave Horizon (Ethereum), with USDC, GHO, and RLUSD borrowable against it. HINC is a BVI professional fund advised by Securitize Capital LLC and sub-advised by Neuberger Berman Investment Advisers LLC (NBIA), an SEC-registered adviser part of a group managing approximately $567bn in AUM as of 31 March 2026. The fund invests the majority of its assets in high yield corporate bonds, with the balance in CLO tranches, bank loans, other high-yielding fixed income, and a liquidity sleeve of cash equivalents and tokenized Treasury/MMF instruments.
